Out of 27, 20 routes will belong to Shatabadi and 2/3 to those shatabadis which are currently not running like Pune Secunderabad, Howrah Digha super AC, Howrah Puri, etc. The remaining 4 might be JS, perhaps ex Shatadis ones like HWH PATNA might have chance.

Mark my words. Railways will NOT replace the JS on very Popular Routes, But the JS on routes where no premieum train runs would NOT be lucky at all.

This was of course EXPECTED, no one except Dreamers thought that All 400 would be new trains. Out of 400 train sets, 75/100 would have to be kept as Spares. There would be Sleeper VB too to replace Raj routes, and yes, it will take upto APPROX 2030 for these rakes to get Produced, but its likely that Railway will change it's plan AND REDUCE THIS NUMBER as per Lower demand of Premieum trains. Hopefully, AC SF & even GR would have VB rakes at non Dynamic AC SF fare structure.
