I am planning to travel Basti from LTT in post 22nd Apr, but all trains are having huge Wait Litst, can any body in the forum have any any Idea from when Summer special trains can be introduced ? i need to travel with my family hence WORRIED.

You can try in gkp special via kurj. It still has got some room. You can probably then change from gkp.
