Once again Valsad is Ignored. Even if Valsad station generating Huge revenue, i.e 6th in BCT-ADI Route. Where as Station like Anand, Nadiad , Goadhra & Dahod are smaller than Valsad but always getting stoppage of all Important trains.
Even this train when introduced , it was declared to stop at Borivali, Surat,Bharuch,Vadodara & Anand enroute, but now it it has scheduled stop at Vapi & also Nadiad which is just 17 k.m from Anand. Ridiculous.!!!!
At least Nadia stop can be abolish & provide halt at Valsad.

Guys, dont lets fight between Valsad and Vapi. We should be glad our district has two big towns. There is no contesting the fact that of late, Vapi has seen much more growth and development than Valsad. But that doesnt mean Valsad shouldnt get halts. Railways do not give stops based on malls and luxury hotels. For railways, revenue is the most important factor.
Here, Vapi generates far more revenue than Valsad, in spite of more trains halting at Valsad than Vapi.

Malls and hotels are examples only, not that that is the criteria, it is the industrial devpt which has given the scope for revenue which paves the way for Malls and hotels and other development as the visitors/businessmen use Railways to commute for their ventures. It is a matter of understanding only, which way you take it, positive or otherwise. As far Valsad is concerned, it is much behind, though it is a district. Of course, more trains halt at Valsad but not the luxurious business class except AK, which almost stops anywhere. But there is a scope for stoppage as the occupancy might really not be cent percent because of Karnavati running just ahead of it or Karnavati passengers of ACCC might shift to DD but not in the immediate future.
hey u...i like u r attempt to justify the other persons...i also do the same....any dont worry brother.....people talk about prestigious trains stoppage at valsad...in very few recent days we will get stoppage of prestigious train stoppage at valsad.....dere is not more prestigious train den rajdhani train na....valsad is going to get the stoppage for rajdhani...also after the development of new platforms the trains halt will be increased with comparison of other stations...also the move for shatabdi is in process...in very recent days valsad is going to get new halts for most of the trains....let wait for the day....
