On IRCTC, after pressing 'Make Payment' button at ticket summary page, I saw for a moment "Your RDS Balance is 0"...or something like that. Surely it referred to RDS (Rolling Deposit Scheme to be launched by railways).

the transaction fee levied by banks may not be there, but the eticket charges of the railways may not be taken away
irctc reservation fee will be there-bank charges need not be paid
IRCTC charged would be there but How Bank Transaction Charges would be affected is still not known.
Banks may charge NEFT transaction charges which is approx 6 for transferring amount to IRCTC thereafter bank will not charge anything.
