Hello,
Is there any other website where we can book tickets. IRCTC is deducting a lot of Amount as cancellation charges
As I have booked to sleeper class ticket, totla amount of the ricket was 256, after cancellation they have deducted Rs 40 on whole and refunded rs 216 for sleeper and Rs 80 for 3rd A/c.

irctc deducts reservation charges based on the guidelines of the indian railways issued tiem to time-so it deducts only the prescribed cancellation charges-wherever you go you will be deducted the same if you are travelling by Indian railways
