See today in Indian railways everything depends on MP power, passenger demands on New train has ZERO importance.
If u ask for New trains from BKSC, Railways will say there is no Pitlines at BKSC, New trains cannot be given. But if you see Jasidih, Madhupur, Gadda also don't have Pitlines as on today, but still getting 10-12 or more new trains in a year. Because of political favourism and power.
BKSC has huge demands for new trains for years but never get fulfilled. Political power is not there.
