Honestly don't think it will that sucessful.
But still hope is there as it will pass through SBP and the industrial area in Talcher road etc. Not many trains are there on that route.

IMO one more intercity should be run from DHN to HWH via ADRA, BQA, VSU, TAK, SHE.
It will be greatly successful. But given reputation of ADRA and DHN Divisions I have very less hope.
