find it much easier and more value for money to purchase property in Pune, live here and then commute to Mumbai especially the ones going to South Mumbai.
That's why you'll find Expressway filled with vehicles. It's much easier and faster to reach Navi Mumbai from Pune via Expressway than from other sub urbs of Mumbai 😂.
Same goes for South Mumbai where Expressway gets replaced by Deccan Queen Express.
