3rd Maitree Express between Kolkata & Dhaka may be introduced after the 6241 mtrs long Padma Bridge in Bangladesh becomes operational. 3rd Maitree Express to use Mawa, Goalondo, Faridpur, Kushthia, Poradaho, Darshana & Gede route to cover 416 kms in 8 hrs - 8 hrs 40 mins time.

Irctc se nhi hota kolkata station jaake booking hoti hai lekin Bangladesh ka visa compulsory hai kyuki waha visa on arrival nhi milta
need reversal at Jessore. Gede-Darshana-Kushthia-Faridpur-Dhaka will be good route.
BR LHB Rake of Maitree Express is dual gauged. It can move in both BG & MG
