No doubt bsp div is major culprit and jsg - bsp section black hole for pax trains..but jbp div is no lesser villain...Trains coming form Apr side are made to wait at jhalwara/nkj outer. half to one hour of delay there is a common thing. ( have experienced this myself many times)
