All LHB trains, not just P7 hauled. Even WAP-4 and all EMDs can comfortably do 130.
Certification is only for electric locos with LHB load. For diesel locos a COCR trial and new certification is required.
Oh right. So P7s and P4s then. Technically P1s can also hit 130 right?
Yes all electric locos capable for 130kmph, ie. P1/4/5/7. But diesel locos need different certification and trial.
