No new WAP7s are made since 2021, Why?

As per production programme, I think only 50 locos each were set as target for both DMW and BLW this year.
I think with focus now shifting to T-18s which doesn't require locomotives, IR might be reconsidering its Locomotive production programme and going slow on it.
So Passenger versions viz P7s/P5s are eityer not getting manufactured or is very slow.

NFR will Be Also Electrified In Coming Years so it also Needs HOG enabled WAP7
