Yes it's Like Cramped Pne with Less Leg Room for Passengers it's Only For Additional 11 Berths
Railways not interested to reduce over heads, but misleading 3E helping. In that 230 crs how much these extra 11 berths generated need to check first. For more than 2 lakhs crs budget railways 230 crs really matters ?
The leg room is bit cramped and berths aren't too comfortable as per info provided by my freind who travelled in it twice... Let see how this is accepted by public in long run.
That is always the case whenever railways have tried to accommodate more seats, they end up compromising on something or the other as far as comfort is concerned. In a regular LHB coach there are more seats, ended up having toilets which are relatively smaller and the structure is far more dirtier than ICF versions. Same thing is there with Garib Rath coaches. More seats has led to less berth width. Even AC double decker has same issue. Very less leg room, overhead compartment cannot carry more luggage, nothing can be kept below seats. All look good from outside but less comfort for passengers.
