yes, but it seems Zones can modify the CC a little, coz i see LTT CBE now has 3 SL instead of the supposed 2SL According to the rake standardization policy
Are you having the clauses of rake standardization policy? Zones are allowed to modify it as per the demand and needs
kind of, i thought zones would be only allowed to Change CC on RB's Approval, but yeah what you said makes a lot more sense than what i originally thought
Great to see that the number of sleeper coaches is maintained at 12... rare these days !
