already electrification completed upto rotegaon from manmad (ankai) side....by March lasur - jalna SLE will complete
If Lasur-Aurangabad is doubled.. Waiting time for trains (for crossings) will come down heavily as the distance between stations in that section is more than 10 km.
Railway Board has already approved doubling of Aurangabad-Ankai (Manmad) section. Final approval is pending with Niti Ayog. By next year work will commence for doubling.
