And IR also have 305-NON HOG Locos are there.These locos HOG Conversion also on Progress.So IR may have enough HOG locos till 2025.

22448 was inaugurated in October 2022. S within 9 months, 21 Vande Bharat has been inaugurated and 3 additional racks has also bee manufactured for inauguration of 3 other Vande Bharat Trains.
If all factories will start producing Vande Bharat then 50 racks can easily be manufactured in a year.

By 2025 demand will be fulfilled but crisis time will be now, with increase in lhbfied trains in Karnataka, Rajasthan, Western Gujarat, TN and NE states and due to increasing demand to replace one EOG with SLR coach in most trains ( more so due to diminishing GS coach number in all trains)
