Better not to such adverse additions to Rajdhani and Duronto category. 3ACE should be replacement of SL and was manufactured as subset of 3AC.
I am against replacement from SL to 3E
Budget is still high if compared from SL to 3E
Only few hundred bucks cheap from 3A fares
Better let 3E fares be as cheap as SL or even 10% hike then it's fine

See, 3E can never be as cheap as SL or 10% dearer than SL. Even Garib Rath costs more than the price you are suggesting. 3E should be given to Garib Raths exclusively.
If they fix the fare of 3ACE at Garib rath fares then it's OK. Cannot be limted only to Garib raths as sleeper cannot be replaced with AC coaches in present mail/express trains. They need to replace certain number of SL with 3ACE in existing trains if they want to convert mail express into fully AC. Another one is ACCE to replace GS till now no action. These are all policy lapses.
There is no purpose giving 3E coaches to premium fare trains like Raj/Duronto. This class was not intended for them.
