U didn't get the point,

A train from ringas is coming and arriving rewari .... At 23:55
And if someone has to go rohtak, he can board Dlpc intercity 15 min later from rewari
...
more...

So technically it is of no use to have a train to rohtak at same time

A train during day time is much required
