The first Rajdhani that ran in India [the second b/w Delhi and Bombay ran a decade later] in 1969. Originally having sitting Chair Car and AC Sleepers; it now runs with standard config found on other trains. Though with many Rajdhanis running on the NDLS-MGS route, there is no one true King anymore since more or less others are accorded equal priority.
