It has 14 PF but as indirectly
Dadar Central and Western are combined, it's a total of 14 platforms. Central only has 7 platforms, but the numbering continues. Platforms 1 to 7 are Western, while platform no from 8 to 14 are Central.
Same goes with HWH
1 to 15 belongs to ER and 17 to 23 belongs to SER
