If you have to change your reservation from "general" class to "general" class, then don't charge for the reservation? How can ladies go to the washrooms in this situation? Had a really awful experience on Avadh Express train 19037, there were over 250 people in 65 sleeper class seats.

Agar tumhe "general" class mein reservation karna hai, toh reservation ke liye paise mat lo??? Aur ladies washroom ka kya? 19037 Avadh Express mein 65 sleeper class ke seat pe 250 se jyada log hai...bahut bura anubhav hua hai.
