I guess LHB allotment has nothing to do with a train being "legendary" or not. Its all the perception among we railfans. For RB, all superfast/ M/E trains are one and the same and they allot rakes in such a way that the coaches are optimally used. If they go by the legendary concept, then TN, KK, Kerala, Goa,Telengana, etc. should have been given LHB which was not the case.
