Peeps in Gurugram ain't really interested in Railways, ya feel me? The filthy rich got fancy highways and a nearby international airport. The regular folks got auto-rickshaws and the metro to get to New Delhi. Before the Swarna Jayanti Rajdhani started stopping at Gurgaon Station, most people didn't even know it existed. They used to consider Delhi Cantt as their nearest station. Unlike the train-dependent folks in Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, Gurugram ain't that reliant on trains. It's not that the passing trains don't have good occupancy, it's just that there ain't a desperate need for a dedicated train, let alone a dedicated terminal.

Normal logon ke paas Auto aur Metro hai jisse woh New Delhi tak pahuch sakte hain.
Swarna Jayanti Rajdhani Gurgaon Station par rokne se pehle, bahut se logon ko pata bhi nahi tha ki Gurgaon mein ek Station hai. Unke liye sabse najdik ka Station Delhi Cantt tha. Woh train par itna dependent nahi hai Noida, Ghaziabad aur Faridabad ke logon ki tarah jo mainly train par dependent hote hain. Gurgaon passing trains ko badi occupancy toh provide kar raha hai, lekin dedicated train ya dedicated terminal ki zaroorat bilkul bhi nahi hai.

These days, Gurgaon station is hella crowded, so the railway should be like, yo, let's stop every train for at least 5 minutes, you know, so people can easily hop on and it'll ease up the hustle at other Delhi stations. By the way, there's mad demand for emu trains. Even the Rajdhani stops there, but some express trains don't. It's whack!

Yo, so here's the deal. The Gurgaon station is just too damn cramped to become a legit terminal. And those trains you mentioned ain't gonna make a big impact on the railway's cash flow, you feel me? And honestly, from the passengers' perspective, it ain't gonna matter that much either. Most of the expansion in Gurgaon has happened on the other side of the highway, while the train station is on the opposite side. So for all you hip millennials out there, taking a train from New Delhi or Gurgaon is pretty much the same damn thing. If you're heading north or east, you'd probably choose New Delhi since it's got more options and less travel time, you know what I'm sayin'? Your idea is cool and all, but it's fine for some trains to skip Gurgaon. I mean, just look at Ghaziabad where people rely heavily on trains and they got all the Rajdhanis and VBs skipping it. But, hey, the Gurgaon station should still be spruced up since it serves a decent amount of passengers on Rajdhani, Shatabdi, and other superfast Rajasthan/Haryana bound trains. But given the lack of space in the area, it ain't gonna be easy, man.

Gurgaon station me jagah kam hai, isliye ise terminal ke roop me vikasit karna mushkil hai. Aur jin trains ke bare me aapne bataya hai, wah railways ke liye kam rojgar ki nahi hongi. Aur agar hum yatriyon ke nazariye se dekhe, to unko ye jyada prabhavit nahi karegi. Dekh lo, Gurgaon me bahut expand ho gaya hai national highway ke dusre taraf aur railway station uske viprit taraf hai. Isliye, sabhi millennials ke liye, New Delhi ya Gurgaon se train lene me lagbhag saman hi hai. Uttari/poorvi or Uttar-Purva ki taraf jaane wali trains me, jyadatar log New Delhi ko Gurgaon se chunenge kyunki waha jyada options hai aur travel time bhi chhota hai.
Aapki soch acchi hai, lekin kuch trains ko Gurgaon chhodne me koi dikkat nahi hai (yaad karo Ghaziabad, jaha log trains par jyada nirbhar dikhate hai, waha par Rajdhani aur VB sabhi chhod deti hai). Gurgaon station ko to sudharna chahiye, kyunki yaha Rajdhani, Shatabdi aur VB jaise trains aur Rajasthan/Haryana ki jan-sadharan SF trains ko achha samarthan milta hai. Lekin, area me jagah ki kami hone ke karan, yah saral nahi lagta.
