What do you mean by "nawabon ka shehar" and "aastha ka pratik" and both being opposite of that? What does that have to do with railways? Lucknow- Allahabad rail line is in a desperate condition and people prefer buses over trains here. As for the passenger that goes via PBH, it literally gets no passengers from LKO. I have boarded it from source and nobody uses it. It gets a few pax from intermediate stations but never gets full. IR isn't gonna gain anything by turning it into a MEMU. Turning things into MEMU isn't a magic bullet that makes things faster. Did turning the AYC-LKO from normal passenger to a MEMU make it magically go faster in the early morning winter fog? The GKP-AY passenger[now BTT-AY MEMU] still can't maintain it's schedule despite being a MEMU. It's not a question of rakes, it's a question of priority being given and...
