Unfortunately the interzone rivalry is not benefiting in any way. For every thing that SR rejects, SWR also seems to be giving it back in equal measure. Net result is passengers suffer. It is Tit for Tat. At least in the last 3-4 years most SR proposals for trains towards SWR have been met with rejection and resistance.

KCVL-Humsafar speed up and early entry to Bangalore rejected by SWR.
Speed up of 16315/16316 Mys-KCVL between MYS-SBC also not approved. SR proposed a late dep from Mys.

Hope SR at least moves all trains from MAJN to MAQ and gives some importance to some of the long pending demands of SWR.
