The first train from JBP to TVC and also the first between ALLP and CAPE, this is 02198 JBP CBE Special in a new avatar, where the train is not merely dumped in CBE, rather is beneficial for Kerala bound passengers. Shares the time slot with JBP Pune Special between JBP and BSL, BPQ LTT Express between BSL and KYN, Marusagar Express between PNVL and TCR, and Antyodaya Express between TCR and QLN.

Name is Konkan express...but you have skipped half of Konkan.
Study on Konkan route. Their are some important station too like Khed, Chiplun, Kankavali, Kudal, Sawantwadi.
Atleast take reference of JBL-CBE spl train.

It is already mentioned that the TT has been borrowed from Marusagar. Btw regarding your comment, consider having a look at the TT of TN
That is not possible. Already trains are running according to their schedule. If two trains are introduced there will be a chance for heavy traffic. Trains running in the south (i.e., Kerala) did not have their tracks upgraded. Trains can't cross the 100 kmph mark between the Shoranur and Trivandrum Central sections( Both Alappuzha & Kottayam).
