You cant compare upi solution with this problem.... Wo succes isliye hai ki wo solution de rhi thi.. Ap jo solution is problem ki bta rhe ho... Wo at least 60% pax ko solution degi per 40% ko problem degi.... Aisi chij chal hi nhi skati.. Jo mai bta rha wo jyada sahi or sake liye win win solution hai.. Special train dictribution sahi hoga to kuch route khali or kuch eoute pe kachra jaisi bhid nhi hogi... Pax thoda apni suvidha dekhenge to jinko jyda waiting dikhega wo intermidiate change se 2 journey book kare to wo v confirtable jayenge or dusre log v.. Bs thoda time jyda lagega 4 se 7 hrs.. Or tab tt/rpf v train ki boggi me chal payenge warna.. Warna bhid to aisi hoti h. Ki koi apni seat se uth k toilates v na ja paye.. Or ye reserved seats ki baat...
