is it possible to change the Boarding Point of a Tatkal ticket issued from PRS Counter ?

sir first of all if u have booked tatkal from A to C boarding at B,bp change is applicable only if u approach prs/cro atleast 24hrs before sch dept from point A And that too if train has departed or charted from starting point then no question of change in bp if these cases satisfies and prs clerk agrees that "you approached counter more than 24hrs before sch dept of point A,"in that case only he might entertain ur urge
