Whole UP bound trains get badly affected by fog................
avg every train get delayed by 10hrs......................
Is this first time or in every winters......
is this seeen in whoe country or in UP only?

This happens every year across all the states in North India (J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP and to some extent in MP, Bihar and West Bengal too)
Fog effects Rail services in the northern part of India and this is not the first time.......it's been the same since many many years,i guess even before some of us were born.
Not just Rail transportation,take for example the flight service at IGI.New Delhi is regarded as one of the worst airports at this time of the year if you wanna get out of the country.Lot of Delays in there as well.
