Am not able to book return tickets from Delhi to Bangalore for the 2nd week of April. Anybody knows the reason?

1.dont book tickets from morning 10am to 12pm these are busy hours
2.dont refresh or click the screen
3.your internet would be slow
4.dnt open more tab specially when using IRCTC
