Dear IRI Members is it possible dat RAC tickets can downgrade to WL in AC3 Tier.. if yes then why and what are da chances.... becz its riten in IR dat ticket can downgrade and upgrd aftr da chart preparation...
Yes, we have seen some PNRs here which have multiple passengers. Some of them move into RAC and at the time of Chart preparation, the RAC gets demoted back to WL. But i would say, the chances are very less

Reasons may be HO Quota.., An MLA or MP wants to travel in 3A , and your luck goes bad., he will get your seat..
But the chances are very slim in 3AC, more in 1AC

i think IR sud attach 1 cmprt for the HO and othrs... dis is not fair wid public... if they r worried abt the staffs and othr HO den they sud arrange da cmprt for dat... what is ur opinion
