No dear it's side upper. Because in all trains side 3 berths are removed. Now there is only two berth. #15 is Side Lower.

GR do have SMB, but berth position cant be surely alculated as SMB or LB, as different coaches do have different arrangement.
If in first compartment, 3 berth are available, then the count will make it as LB & if it starts with normal 6 Berth in compartment, then its SMB!!
