Just saw in IRCTC that TDR is approved, but refund amount is not in line with my expectation, Looks like for confirmed pax they have deducted 50% amount.

As per my understanding RAC and WL should have been counted in same bucket but looks like here the case is not so. See the attachment

Usually what happens is they refund 50% of the amount initially and later they refund the rest. Please drop in a mail to IRCTC stating that you are eligible for full refund - clerkage charges.

Thanks, I will do that. Additionally I have triggered one of my Juniors working as Senior DCM to get me the correct rule that I can throw on IRCTC people :-)
