Hi Guys,
Need one clarity,

I have one ticket of 2 pax, where by HO one pax got confirmed berth where as other one got RAC on charting. Now when I file TDR how much refund is permissible? I have not travelled on this ticket.

Additionally I had filed a TDR under similar conditions 3 months ago in oct 2012, where in a 2 pax ticket one was confirmed via HO and other remained in WL, I got full refund minus Rs 21 per pax. Class was 3A in same train.

Now in current case issue is same, one pax got confirmed via HO, while other moved to RAC, so going by the refund rules I was guessing if RAC and WL are treated in same bucket or not.
--
There is no clear cut mention of RAC pax in refund rules for mixed status tickets in IR site.
