Godavari is the biggest river of south india.
The reason being less water at peddampet ..
1. Sriram sagar project ( dam) before this place.
2. Due to under ground coal mines approx > 50 in this place ( ramagundam and sri rampur) water can't stored at earth surface level.

These would not be considered. All they need is water flowing under rail bridges into sea and getting wasted.
