I have information for the ticket booking site launched by IR. They have launched that site considering that with IRCTC they will face only 25-30% of total load. They designed the server and all according to that only. But in real world that site got 100% load shifted from IRCTC to there and that site and server crashed in 1st day itself. CRIS gave left and right to that site developing company. (I will not mention that company name here for security reason.) Till now CRIS has not cleared the due to that company for a such bad service. This all information available to me by 1 or my source who is working in CRIS Gurgaon.
Me too facing your problem now. Payment made, ticket not issued yet.
