Its the time to Introduce, extend the existing trains:, I suggest the following
1. Early materialization of 12081/82 TVC- Clt Janshatabdi to Kannur

A new Passenger Train between CLT-CAN-MAQ route
Any of the CAN/CLT-TCR passenger extended to GUV.
Extensions of 12075/76 TVC-CLT Jan shatabdi to Kannur....Kannur having 3 platforms how will it handle more trains. already almost 9 trains (express/passenger) starting/terminating at Kannur, urgently needs 4th platform.

Yes, Kannur definetely need 4th Platform, SR and Palghat division totally avoided Northern Malabar area. Still majority of the station are in very pathetic condition, SR did not done any development after British era.
2 Pitlines and 3/4 Stabling lines are approved when E Ahammed became MoS, After that, nothing done, it is still in papers :'(
