We came to know that The Reservation Ticketbooked by dalals on opening day is on fictitius name. and they sell it on black. for this they have arrangement with running TTe in particular Rute. they will not ask Photo Id from the passanger who travel through these tickets.
1.so to stop this I suggest Railway have to carry surprise check of Photo Id spicially in summer also.

Of course this is Great Idea, and worth implementing.
But seeing the extent of corruption, people have now lost hope for any change.
1-Recent example of Supreme court commenting on CBI turned into a 'parrot' was not even a week old,

Now CBI was tied with a rope to the neck and once CBI becomes free, it will be tied to the tail. Enormous freedom.
