i dont think that was punjab mail because once karina kapoor asks TTE to make a ticket for sahid kapoor upto last destination that is delhi. i believe punjab mail goes beyond delhi. The train looks like a normal SF but according to conservation between them and time table/route shown of that train,it looks more or less like mumbai rajdhani.
Dear sir
Thanks for taking us back to the glipses of some great movies of the time. Personal choice may differ as taste obviously by human nature. And it's good to have mix. Out of 10 I liked all of them with some of my choice were Sholey and Jab We Met. In addition I always been fan of great actor Ashok Kumar and his famous song "RAIL GADI RAIL GADI" can't recall the name of movie?
Appreciate you time to bring those stories and give us joy to read. :) :-)

Another flaw in that movie was, that train to Delhi which took the BRC, Ratlam, Kota route originated from CSTM. It should have originated from either BCT or BDTS.
DDLJ should also be included in this list.
who can forget the epic final scene of this movie when kajol was running to get hold of shahrukh's hand, and the dialogue by amrish puri "Ja simran ja jee le apni zindagi" :)
