How many Stations will TTE wait before allocating ur booked berth to others if you are not able to board ?
Or I have booking from Station A to Z, and want to board from B is there chances that TTE give my berth to someone esle?

Sir,
This rule can be applicable only either to the starting point or stations enroute having halt for at least 15 minutes.
Yet we know, as per practice, rarely there is a chance that the TTE starts covering passengers before train moves.
