I will be travelling by Train No.22851 Vivek Express from SRC to CLT. I have reservation from CLT to ERN by Janshabdi Express. Vivek Express reaches CLT at 5.20 hours. My next train is at 6.15 hrs. I want to know whether this train generally runs on time upto CLT-(KOZHIKODE).If I miss train, will I get bus for Cochin from Kozhikode.

Unless you have any work to attend to at CLT, i would suggest you cancel your ticket in JS, book a ticket to ERS/ERN from PGT in 12623/16041/12257 and you change your train @ PGT instead of CLT and still you will reach ERS much before JS reaches there.
It takes almost same time to reach ERS/CLT from PGT, so it is just waste of time to travel all the way to CLT and board a train to ERS
