रेलवे टिकट बुकिंग सेवा रात 10 बजे से बंद रहेगी - some upgradation is gonna take place.. Kya upgradation hone walla hai?? Any idea?? will booking tatkal ticket get easier??

Upgradation is a Technical matter.
PH booking is Administrative Decision supported by Board approval...

This is nice information. Let us hope IR is able to provide ID to PH or differently abled persons so they are able to avail concession.
Modalities of claiming concession ID are not yet out from IR...
So they need to make Administrative procedure and guidelines along with 'upgradation' as well.
