it might sound bad that this train is cancelled but it is a good trade-off for making 16315/6 daily.
running this train on thursday is not at all required.
in my opinion best use of this train would be to run it to hyderabad via bangalore on sunday evening from TVC. what say?

I strpngly support your cause. Since, 16381/82 follows the same route daily, it is good enough to cancel 16331/32 and run a bi weekly to SC/KCG via KJM with a Fri evening departure from KCG/SC and Sunday night departure from TVC/KCVL
