Dear Admin,
Actually i wanted to know that what is the meaning of technical stop.
It is necessary that train would be stop at technical stop?
The reason of above question is, there are some technical stop in respect of non-stop train, we can easily utilize that facility & Boarding or deboarding at technical stop which is nearby our main stop.

U can't board at tech. stop,but can alight at tech. stop. but it is not necessary that a train has to stop at tech. halts.. it may skip..
example hwh-ypr dnrt , u book tkt from hwh but need to get down in bza(vijaywada) u can get down their , but u cant board that train from bza
since no offical halt is their for bza for that train
same apply for all sf/exp/gr trains if u sure that it halts at a particular stn u can get down

Actually we always travel in Ranchi Garib Rath & deboard at Barkakana JN.
We are sure train stop at barkakan station. Same Ranchi Rajdhani (Via Daltonganj) has technical stop at Barkakana.

u can de-board at barkankan halt if u want , no problem
book source tkt and destination or near by stn tkt after bankakan stn
get down their no harm in it .
