WR Mumbai div as well as CR div is yet to get Rajdhani LHB sleeper. Golden temple Mail and Howrah CST Mail are reported to get

That's the fate bro . Till now SC rajdhani is not LHB. Jaipur-Agra Shatabdi got LHB very soon but still PUNE-SC Shatabdi running with decade old ICF.
thats exactly the point i am trying to make out.............apart from the comfort factor in LHB there is nothing extra that you get .......but in india allocation is not done as per necessity......there lies the problem
