A TRAVEL TIP epidemic has broken out at IRI . The site is now getting flooded with tips , MOST OF THEM USEFUL but a few of rather DOUBTFUL VALUE . Like for instance the presence of a MILK BOOTH on PF1 at station X , a drinking water pipe on PF2 of station Y etc .
As a measure of ENCOURAGEMENT , I tried marking GREEN for all the TIPS posted so far . But I had to give up after being unable to keep pace with the posts :)

Such tips are valid - and may certainly be posted. We may think about enhancing the feature to include such evolving situations. For example, the leaking water may get fixed in day or 2, at which point the tip becomes invalid. We shall soon add this "Transient Tips" enhancement - with a built-in "expiry date".
.
Thanks.

Sir, Won't it be of more use if people giving a red flag also give a reply as to why they feel the post is incorrect or of doubtful value? There should also be a way to mark a tip as expired.

Slightly off- topic (In funny mode): Suddenly members have started using the word 'alight' extensively.
