Friends, isn t it high time there's a train from smet to tpty. Smet ypr tpty overnight. May be a few coaches to mas can go as a slip train from kpd. Absolutely no trains from shimoga except to sbc n mys.

I think Karnataka is among the states with least train network density.
No dearth for proposals. To name a few, which were printed in leading news papers as surveys or the better term proposed lines

Settihalli mandya strech is pending- all othe rplaces track levelling works and all are completed- lot of bridges over Cauvery so work is to take time between mandya and Naganhalli

agree with you...hilly stretches coupled with poor developmental plan has lead to this :(
