Grievance Description:Respected sir, i want to draw your kind attention Toward Train no. 12397/98 MAHABODHI EXPRESS Sir this train got LHB Rake in 2013 which can run at 130 kmph But sir its still running at 110 kmph even in 2016 . Didnt got speed upgrade in 3 years 2013-2016 even after having LHB RAKE while train no. 12393/94 Got 130 kmph speed sanction and is running at 130 kmph since september 2015 . Sir why Speed upgradation of mahabodhi express yet not done ? And Sir may i know the specific DATE OR MONTH by which it will run at 130 kmph
