If I see that 7.10 usk is looking out of bounds, then simply catch a taxi to jammu ( many returning cabs avl charging 70-100 bucks).
A taxi as late as 7.30 will get to jat by 8.45, then rush to pf#1 for USK

Wearing sports shoe/cushioned shoes helps tremendously as it absorbs lot of jerks and dramatically reduces exhaustion on legs

arrive by 2 or darshan by 2. because darshan takes minimum 30 mins in off season and eternity in normal/peak season.
So you must have arrived by 1:30 and darshan by 2. No?

Yes, 2pm is cut off for darshan at bhawan (plus minus 30 mins ), coz bhawan bhairo baba bhawan via stairs will take 60 mins including darshan at bhairo baba.

Around 3 hours is required to get down from bhawan to banganga (7.10 USK departs, so connect the dots backwards)
