SR also follows this in their Chennai Central Terminal Station.Requested to open 3 ticket counters in the Central Station premises itself instead of the passengers are shunted to the Moore Market Complex and back to the Central Station after 20 to 30 minutes for taking ticket.
Earlier it was in Chennai central main building , it was shifted due to the congestion
